The 6th World Water Forum will build upon and go beyond the recommendations and outputs of the 5th World Water Forum. Working around the idea of “Solutions for Water”, it will seek to identify, promote and develop concrete solutions for water. We invite you to start thinking along those lines within your organization and networks, and bring to the kick-off your ideas and solutions.

Through this event, we wish to create a willingness and appetite for all stakeholders to contribute to and engage in the 6th World Water Forum process. During the kick-off, discussion and exchange on vital questions and issues will help orient the preparatory process and its focus on solutions for water. In addition, it will be the opportunity to learn more about what will make this Forum unique, in particular its emphasis on solutions and citizens, and about the processes that will be used to build the 6th World Water Forum together. We will depend on participants to help spread the word throughout different regions and sectors so that the 6th World Water Forum will find its strength through its diversity.
